AXH TERMS OF SERVICE


Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the ArtXHome website and the purchase of ArtXHome products. By accessing or using the ArtXHome website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use the ArtXHome website or purchase ArtXHome products.

1. Ordering Product

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. ArtXHome reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. You must provide accurate and complete information for your order, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and payment information. ArtXHome accepts payment by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

2. Shipping and Delivery
ArtXHome will deliver the products to the address you provide during the ordering process. ArtXHome will make every effort to deliver the products within the estimated timeframe, but ArtXHome is not responsible for any delays due to events beyond its control. Delivery times may vary depending on product production time.


3. Returns and Refunds
Every product sold by ArtXHome is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured for the purchaser after an order is placed. This process alsoensures that no products or materials are wasted. Due to the nature of our production process and because we don't hold inventory in a warehouse, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrive damaged during transit, please notify us immediately by sending clear and detailed photos of the damage, including the packaging, to axh@artxhome.com. After receiving your photos, we will conduct a damage review to determine the best course of action. Please note that the damage review process may take up to 30 business days to complete, and we reserve the right to replace or repair the damaged product(s) at our discretion. You must provide clear, visible photos of the damage in .jpeg or .png format, within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date. Additionally, the product(s) must not have been hung, placed, or installed before taking photos of the damage. If we elect to replace or repair the damaged product(s), you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the ArtXHome website, including text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of ArtXHome and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use ArtXHome's content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without ArtXHome's express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability
ArtXHome's liability for any losses or damages arising out of the use of the ArtXHome website or the purchase of ArtXHome products is limited to the amount you paid for the products. ArtXHome is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

6. Governing Law
