AXH RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


Every product sold by ArtXHome is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured for the purchaser immediately after an order is placed. This process also ensures that no products or materials are wasted. Due to the nature of our production process and because we don't hold inventory in a warehouse, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.


In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrive damaged during transit, please notify us immediately by sending clear and detailed photos of the damage, including the packaging, to axh@artxhome.com. After receiving your photos, we will conduct a damage review to determine the best course of action. Please note that the damage review process may take up to 30 business days to complete, and we reserve the right to replace or repair the damaged product(s) at our discretion. You must provide clear, visible photos of the damage in .jpeg or .png format, within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date. Additionally, the product(s) must not have been hung, placed, or installed before taking photos of the damage. If we elect to replace or repair the damaged product(s), you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
